  • How long does it take for the ordered products to arrive?

Shipping takes a maximum of 72 hours, while delivery time is estimated between 7 and 15 days.

Delivery times vary according to the country and place of delivery. Delivery to a rural area can take longer than delivery to a large metropolitan area. 

  • How much are the shipping costs?

GO HARD AT HOME offers free shipping on all products to those countries that can be selected when indicating the delivery address.

  • Where can I find the status of my order?

As soon as the order is sent, the customer will receive an email with the tracking information of the package. The delivery time is estimated in working days: this means that weekends and national holidays should not be taken into consideration.

  • To which countries do you ship?

GO HARD AT HOME offers free shipping on all products and to all countries that are selectable when indicating the shipping address. If you are unable to place an order at your preferred delivery address, please contact us at service @ gohard.athome.italy@gmail.com .

Attention: please note that orders shipped to an address outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are applied when the shipment reaches the indicated delivery address. The Customer is required to pay such customs duties and import taxes. It should be noted that GO HARD AT HOME has no influence on the above costs. These costs may vary from country to country and GO HARD AT HOME cannot know the amount in advance. GO HARD AT HOME advises the customer to contact the local customs offices to request further information.

  • Can I collect the ordered product from the GO HARD AT HOME warehouse or offices?

No, unfortunately it is not possible. We have no product stocks in our offices and our fulfillment partner's warehouse is not open to the public.

 

SPECIAL LINE DELIVERY

GO HARD AT HOME offers free shipping on all products and to all countries that are selectable when indicating the shipping address.

The Customer is responsible for correctly indicating the delivery address. GO HARD AT HOME declines any responsibility for shipments delivered to an incorrect address (communicated to GO HARD AT HOME before shipping). If GO HARD AT HOME needs additional information regarding the delivery address, GO HARD AT HOME will contact the Customer to request further information. Delays in delivery could occur, if it becomes necessary to find additional information regarding the delivery address.

GO HARD AT HOME will do everything that is reasonably possible to deliver the order within the delivery terms at the indicated address. If the delivery is delayed or if the order cannot be processed (or can only be partially processed), the Customer will be informed about this as soon as possible. In this case, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract at no additional cost.

GO HARD AT HOME assumes the risk of damage and / or loss of the products up to the time of delivery to the indicated address.

If the Customer receives a product that he has not ordered, the Customer is required to inform GO HARD AT HOME about it as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by e-mail. The Customer will deal with the return shipment of this product after receiving the instructions by GO HARD AT HOME. GO HARD AT HOME will bear the costs of this shipment and subsequently will ship correctly the product.

If the customer has received a damaged or incomplete product, the customer is required to inform GO HARD AT HOME as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order), using the contact form on the website. Subsequently, it will be up to GO HARD AT HOME to decide how to resolve the problem. The Customer must always inform GO HARD AT HOME if the above circumstances occur and wait for the instructions from the GO HARD AT HOME customer support team. If the Customer returns a product at his own expense without having first contacted and awaited the instructions of the customer support team, the Customer cannot request GO HARD AT HOME to refunds the expenses incurred (nor attribute to GO HARD AT HOME responsibility for the return shipment, carried out without the prior consent of GO HARD AT HOME).

In the event that the order sent or being sent by GO HARD AT HOME to the Customer is missing or has been lost or if the Customer claims not to have received the order (despite the information available, such as e.g. data tracked / the information in the courier's possession indicates otherwise), a complaint procedure will be initiated against the courier and you will have to wait for the outcome of the same before making any refund or further shipment. The Customer is required to provide his full collaboration for the purpose of completing the open complaint procedure against the courier.

If the loss of the shipment is attributable to a courier error (and after the claim against the courier has been completed), GO HARD AT HOME will refund the Customer or send another ordered product. If a shipment has not yet been delivered to the Customer's delivery address (or pick-up point) within 15 days of the shipment date, the Customer is required to notify the GO HARD AT HOME customer support team via email within 15 days ( i.e. within 30 days from the date of shipment).
